Events

School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

Book Week

Book Week is a special time at our school where we celebrate a love of reading. Students take part in fun book character parade and can purchase a book in library at the Book Fair throughout the week.

Harmony day

Harmony day is a celebration of all the amazing cultures represented in our school through our students, staff and community. Students are encouraged to wear their cultural clothing to school and bring a plate of delicious food to contribute to our international buffet style feast.

Carnivals

Each year at Cecil Hills, students are encouraged to participate in our annual Swimming carnival, Athletics carnival and Cross Country. These events highlight some of our amazing sporting achievements in our community.
